FORMSEMBLE

LANDING & WAITLIST · Version 1.2 · Updated 14 September 2026

Website & Waitlist Terms

These terms govern the FORMSEMBLE website and its free email waitlist. They do not give access to the FORMSEMBLE application or create a paid subscription.

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by Krzysztof Grabowski, the individual running FORMSEMBLE, at Kosynierów 5/71, 21-040 Świdnik, Poland. FORMSEMBLE is the project's name, not a separate legal entity.

General contact: hello@formsemble.com.
Support and service complaints: support@formsemble.com.

2. What the service includes

You may browse information about the project without charge or registration. You may request a free email subscription for FORMSEMBLE progress, beta-testing information and invitations, and launch updates.

The waitlist does not include application accounts, uploading artwork, generating models, file licences, purchases or paid plans. Any future application service will have separate terms presented before you use it.

Joining is not a purchase, a reservation of a paid service, a guaranteed place in the beta, or a promise of access by a particular date. Development plans and availability may change. No partner offers or unrelated advertising are included. We will not automatically carry your permission into an indefinite newsletter after the waitlist ends.

3. Joining and confirmation

  1. Read these terms and the Privacy & Cookie Policy, available before submission.
  2. Enter an email address you control and click “Join the waitlist”. You request the free service, accept these terms and consent to the described waitlist emails from Krzysztof Grabowski as FORMSEMBLE <hello@formsemble.com>.
  3. Click the confirmation link sent to that address. The waitlist agreement and active subscription begin when your confirmation is successfully recorded. Submitting the form records a pending request and may cause a confirmation email; it does not confirm your subscription.

Repeat requests: submitting an active address again does not create new consent, reset its original participation period or repeat the welcome message. A previously unsubscribed address requires a fresh request and successful confirmation. A neutral response does not disclose whether an address is already registered.

The Privacy & Cookie Policy is information about processing, not a separate marketing consent. No payment or additional personal details are required by the signup form. If you did not request a subscription, do not confirm it; you can report an unwanted request to hello@formsemble.com.

4. Technical requirements and appropriate use

To browse, you need an internet connection and a current browser supporting HTML and CSS. JavaScript and compatible graphics support are needed for the interactive 3D presentation; they are not needed to read these documents. To join, you need a working email account able to receive the confirmation message and open its link, and a browser with JavaScript enabled for any interactive signup controls. Your own internet or email provider may charge its usual fees.

Use your own address or one you are authorised to manage. Do not submit someone else's address without authority, send spam or unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt the page or mailing service. Do not submit confidential or sensitive attachments unless necessary for the matter you are raising.

Keep confirmation and personal unsubscribe links private. Sharing them can allow another person to act on your subscription. Be alert to messages impersonating FORMSEMBLE; we do not ask for your email password. If you suspect an unauthorised request, contact us directly.

If a technical problem prevents confirmation, contact support@formsemble.com. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. This does not exclude any liability or remedies required by applicable law.

5. Leaving and the end of the waitlist

You may leave at any time, without charge or giving a reason, by using the unsubscribe link in a message or writing to hello@formsemble.com. Leaving ends the waitlist agreement and permission for further waitlist messages. It does not affect any statutory rights, including any applicable withdrawal right.

Participation also ends when the waitlist or project closes, or 24 months after your subscription was confirmed, whichever happens first. We may end the waitlist as development changes and will inform active subscribers of closure where reasonably possible. We may suspend an address involved in abuse to protect the service; if a mistake occurs, contact support to request review.

We will not send a re-engagement campaign to extend permission after it has expired or been withdrawn. The Privacy & Cookie Policy explains the limited records that may remain for consent evidence, suppression or specific legal needs.

6. Complaints

Send service complaints to support@formsemble.com or to Krzysztof Grabowski at the postal address above. Describe the issue and provide a way for us to reply. Include only information needed to resolve it.

We will respond within 14 calendar days of receipt. If clarification is needed, we will contact you; this does not extend or limit any mandatory statutory deadline or remedy. Your consumer rights remain unaffected.

Requests about personal data should go to hello@formsemble.com. They follow GDPR procedures and deadlines described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy, rather than this service-complaint procedure.

7. Changes and applicable law

We may change these terms only to reflect a legal requirement, a necessary security measure, a change to the confirmation or delivery process, or closure of the waitlist. Changes cannot add charges, expand email permission or restart participation. We email active subscribers the changed terms, reason and effective date at least 14 days in advance. A shorter period applies only where binding law or an urgent security issue requires it; the notice explains why. A change requiring new agreement or consent does not take effect for you without it. You can leave at any time.

If a change significantly and negatively affects access to or use of a digital service, we provide advance information on a durable medium and the applicable right to end the agreement without notice within 30 days after the change or notification, whichever is later. Your unrestricted right to leave this free waitlist remains available.

Polish law applies. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law that would otherwise apply, including the law of their habitual residence where applicable. Courts' jurisdiction follows applicable law; these terms impose neither compulsory arbitration nor an exclusive court in Świdnik.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricts statutory consumer remedies or makes acceptance of English-language wording a waiver of legal protection.

8. Consumer information and withdrawal

The service is free: there is no price, minimum paid term or cancellation charge. We do not treat optional use of personal data as a reason to remove consumer protections. You may withdraw from the distance agreement without giving a reason within 14 days from its conclusion, and you may also leave this waitlist at any later time.

Send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to hello@formsemble.com or Krzysztof Grabowski, Kosynierów 5/71, 21-040 Świdnik, Poland. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient. You may use this optional wording: “I withdraw from my FORMSEMBLE waitlist agreement”, followed by the signup email, agreement date if known, your name and date. Add a signature only if sending it on paper. We acknowledge an emailed withdrawal by email. Withdrawal ends the agreement; no payment is owed. Confirmation and the start of email delivery do not waive this right.

We are responsible for providing the agreed digital content or service in conformity with the agreement. If it is not supplied, you may request supply and then end the agreement under the applicable statutory conditions. If it does not conform, you may request that it be brought into conformity, or end the agreement where the statutory conditions apply, without charges for this free service. Contact support@formsemble.com. There is no guarantee of a particular publication frequency or beta invitation.

No additional contractual guarantee or compulsory dispute-resolution scheme applies. You can seek assistance from a local consumer ombudsman or the competent consumer authority and use available out-of-court procedures; this does not restrict access to a court.

9. Your copy and applicable version

You may save or print these terms without running the 3D presentation. The revision date is not a claim about the public launch date. Version 1.2 applies when you enter the waitlist agreement on these terms; later changes take effect only as section 7 describes. The applicable wording and document version are retained with the signup evidence. You may save or print this page for your own copy. The form version and provider confirmation record identify the permission associated with your signup.
